연마 휠의 다양한 종류
모델 350 Wheel Refacer ;
회전식 마모시험기에 사용되는 초록색 도우넛 모양의 연마휠 표면이 거칠기가 나빠지거나 오염될 경우, 표면을 새롭게 갈아내는 장치로, 경질의 H 연마휠에 사용 됩니다.
이 기구는 또한 원형 휠을 교정하고 탄성재질 CS Calibrase® 및 유리결정질 H Calibrade® 휠 모두에서 ‘크라운’ 조건을 교정하는 데 사용할 수 있습니다.
S-11 Refacing Disc ; Calibrase CS 탄성재질의 연마휠 표면을 리페이싱(깨끗하고 표면을 다듬는) 소모재 입니다.
ST-11 Refacing Stone : CS-10F 탄성재질 연마휠의 표면만 리페이싱(깨끗하고 표면을 다듬는) 소모재 입니다.
