시험 운영 소프트웨어
TE65는 두 번째 하중 위치를 정하는 선택 사양이 있습니다. 이것은 휠의 샘플 시편을 수평으로 하중을 적용하여 휠의 최고 꼭지점에 압력을 가합니다.
ASTM G 65는 모래를 공급하는 V자형 용기를 사용합니다. 이 모래는 정해진 속도의 노즐과 샘플 휠에 옆을 하중을 적용 시킵니다.
다른 ASTM 표준 규격시험은 유체를 흘려주고, 슬러리는 Wheel(원형샘플)의 회전에 의하여 휘저어 집니다. ASTM B611은 스틸재료의 원형샘플을 사용하여, 러버 휠 시험보다 더 강한 압박의 마모시험을 할 수 있게 합니다.
선택적으로 연마재 공급 시스템은 일정공급비율을 공급하도록 설계 가능하고, 접촉점 앞 휠 위에 연마재 입자의 단층을 공급 합니다. 연마재는 호퍼(V자형 용기)로부터 표면의 얕은 홈과 함께 회전 드럼에 공급 됩니다. 공급 비율은 일자형의 구멍이 나있는 드럼의 속도 조절에 의하여 변화 됩니다. 드럼으로부터 밖으로 떨어진 휠 표면으로 집중되고, 간단 아래미끄럼 활송장치로 떨어져서 , 이것은 휠 표면에 단층을 공급 합니다.
접촉 부위를 통과 하지 않은 연마재는 분리되어 모여지고, 그러므로, 실제 시험블록을 통화하는 연마재의 양은 결정되어 될 수 있습니다. 이 것은 ASTM 시험규격에서는 가능하지 않은 개선 된 방식으로 , 그럼 회전 속도를 제어하여, 더 많은 낮은 연마재의 흐름 비율이 ASTM G65보다 얻어질 수 있습니다

For use with TE 65MB or MA. To provide analogue voltage friction force signal for data logger or chart recorder input. Including power supply and strain gauge amplifier. Data logger/chart recorder not included.

With variable speed drive motor, servo controlled pneumatic loading with force transducer feedback, friction force transducer, displacement transducer. Vertical loading for ASTM G65, G105, B611 test assemblies. Hopper fed system for ASTM G65. Precision abradant feed system and peristaltic pump for alternative horizontal loading configuration. COMPEND 2000 control and data acquisition system. Test rollers not included. PC included.
