EV, 전기자동차에서 가장 핵심인 주축 모터와 모터에서 가장 핵심 부품인 감속기, 이 감속기의 가장 중요한 구동요소인 베어링에 대하여 구름접촉 피로 내구성 시험과 구름 및 미끄럼 복합 현상 시 동력 손실에 대한 마찰력 측정을 시험을 하는 용도입니다.
베어링 시험기는 RADIAL OR AXIAL 방향 중 한 축 방향의 하중 적용만 하는 일반적인 시험기와 달리, RADIAL AND AXIAL 복합 하중을 동시에 적용하여, 실제 전기차 운행 시에 베어링에 적용되는 하중을 실사 모사하여 시험이 가능한 베어링 어셈블리 시험 장비로, taper roller, spherical roller, cylindrical roller, angular contact, deep groove ball bearing 등 상업용과 연구 개발용의 다양한 베어링 어셈블리를 장착하여 구름접촉 미끄럼 복합요소에 대한 동력 손실의 마찰력 측정 시험을 할 수 있습니다.
전기 자동차에서 운행과 반대로 제동(brake) 중에, 충전기에 충전 작업이 이루어 질 수 있도록 감속기 내의 베어링들이 역방향 운동을 하게 됩니다. 이러한 주행과 제동의 반복 동작은 감속기내의 베어링에 순방향 역방향 순방향 역방향… 동작을 연속하게 되어, 베어링에 적용되는 힘이 AXIAL 방향에서 순방향 역방향으로 연속적인 양방향 하중 적용이 이루어지게 되어 일반적인 가솔린 디젤 자동차와는 다른 하중 적용이 이루어지게 됩니다. 이러한 현상을 실사 모사하여, 양방향 Axial 하중 적용 Two deep grove ball bearings과 한방향 angular contact bearing에 대한 구름접촉피로의 내내구 시험을 할 수 있습니다.

Test assembly with combined radial and axial loading in four bearing back-to-back configuration, for taper roller, spherical roller, cylindrical roller, angular contact and deep groove ball bearings. Shaft sizes from 40 mm to 65 mm. Maximum bearing outside diameter 140 mm. Including two pneumatic bellows for load application with force transducer feedback. Maximum axial load per test bearing: 16 kN. Maximum radial load per test bearing: 40 kN. Maximum axial load: 16 kN. Maximum radial load: 80 kN. Including custom tooling for mounting TWO different sizes of test bearing. Bearing housings fitted with thermocouples for bearing outer race temperature sensing. Required test bearing sizes to be confirmed at time of order
